Cancellation Policy
Timberline's cancellation/refund policy is as follows, with dates based on when Timberline receives cancellation notice in writing:

Exceptions may be made if camp is provided with a physician's note outlining medical reasons for the cancellation. However, the $20 or $50 deposit is not refundable under any circumstances.
Transfers to another date may be made at the cost of $20 under the following conditions: it is requested a minimum of one week prior to the camp, the camp is full, and we are able to fill the spot. Otherwise, a transfer will be considered a cancellation. Refunds will not be given for those who leave once a camp has started.
