Additional Information
Here are a few more important items to be aware of if you are coming to one of Timberline's summer or seasonal camps:
- Each camper must provide proof of coverage of Provincial Health or equivalent medical insurance.
- The camp director reserves the right to dismiss any camper who, in his opinion, is a hazard to the safety and/or rights of others, or who appears to have rejected the reasonable guidelines for all campers.
- No refunds will be issued for early departures, late arrivals, or dismissals due to disciplinary action.
- Smoking is not permitted during summer camps.
- Smoking during seasonal camps is only permitted by adults and only in the parking lot.
- Visitors with pets must keep them on a leash at all times and may not keep them overnight at the ranch. Pets are not allowed in any buildings.
- Timberline reserves the right to use photographs and/or video images of campers for promotional purposes.
- All summer camps begin at 4:00pm on Sunday afternoon and end Friday with a barbecue supper at 5:00pm and a Rodeo that begins by 6:00pm, except:
- Junior #1 Camp begins at 4:00pm on Friday afternoon, and ends with the barbecue and Rodeo on the Monday, starting at 5:00pm
- Junior #2 Camp begins at 4:00pm on Tuesday afternoon, and ends as usual on the Friday
- All Day Camps begin at 9:00am and end at 4:30pm, each day of camp (Monday-Friday).
- All seasonal camps begin at 7:30pm and end at 1:00pm, except:
- Homeschool Camps begin at 9:00am and end at 4:00pm each day
- Thanksgiving and New Year's Family Camps begin at 1:00pm
- Ladies Craft Weekends begin at 4:00pm and end at 1:00pm
