Additional Information
Here are a few more important items to be aware of if you are coming to one of Timberline's summer or seasonal camps:
- Each camper must provide proof of coverage of Provincial Health or equivalent medical insurance.
- The camp director reserves the right to dismiss any camper who, in his opinion, is a hazard to the safety and/or rights of others, or who appears to have rejected the reasonable guidelines for all campers.
- No refunds will be issued for early departures, late arrivals, or dismissals due to disciplinary action.
- Smoking is not permitted during summer camps.
- Smoking during seasonal camps is only permitted by adults and only in the parking lot.
- Timberline reserves the right to use photographs and/or video images of campers for promotional purposes.
- All summer camps begin at 4:00 pm on Sunday afternoon and end with a Round-Up that begins at 6:00 pm (sharp!) Friday evening (barbecue supper at 5:00 pm), except:
- Teen #1 Camp begins at 7:00 pm on Tuesday evening, and ends with a Round-Up and barbecue lunch on the Saturday, starting at 11:00 am
- All Day Camps begin at 9:00 am and end at 4:30 pm, each day of camp (Monday-Friday).
- All seasonal camps begin at 7:30 pm and end at 1:00 pm, except:
- Homeschool Camps begins at 9:00 am and ends at 4:30 pm each day
- Thanksgiving and New Year's Family Camps begin at 1:00 pm
- Ladies Craft Weekends begin at 4:00 pm and end at 1:00 pm
